For years the student-run Environmental Resource Center at San Jose State has organized and facilitated a huge sustainability resource fair at iconic Tower Lawn on Earth Day. Bay Area Bountiful tags along with last year’s tireless event team as they oversee more than 30 visiting tablers and host scores of interested students who learn all about local opportunities to live more green.
