I know I've mentioned it before, but right now I am feeling crabby and it's not just my mood. It's dungeness crab season and once or twice sometimes three times a year I get a crab that's freshly steamed or boiled and cleaned for me. Thank you very much.
But then I crack it and I have to admit I'm the kind that will crack the entire crab and pile up the meat so that I can squeeze a little Eureka, not Meyer Lemon because Meyer Lemon is great in tea and other other things, but you need a tart Eureka lemon.
Maybe I'll have some James Beard's Louis dressing on the side with a slice of creamy Hass avocado and a piece of really moist and wonderful but crunchy in the outside sourdough bread and Gosh, I'm feeling crabby. Savoring Sonoma, I'm Clark Wolf for KRCB.
