I don't know about you, but I eat ice cream all year round. In fact, in the east, sometimes it's really more seasonal when it gets hot. The ice cream stores open up like crazy. There are lines in the street for gelato, but in Sonoma County, in Northern California, we have great dairy. We have great honey. We have wonderful fruit.
We have all kinds of good things that make ice cream amazing. And these days, I have to say in the last few years, in particular, some of the ice cream makers who've been around for a long time, a lot around Petaluma, and others all over the county, Healdsburg, Guerneville, Cazadero are making some of the best uh-oh Sebastopol ice cream I've ever had in my life.
