Usually the biggest or second biggest food month of the year is November, followed or just slightly exceeded by December. But guess what's third or sometimes second? January! All right, there are 31 days, but that's beside the point. The point is that we have been eating um oh I don't know uh uh voraciously, is that the right term? Throughout the season and we're in the mood.
Plus, there's less kind of social pressure, family pressure, uh organization pressure in January, but we can still keep celebrating. So, what we start eating in November can carry us through in many healthy ways throughout the year. We make new habits about eating and joining together. One of the things that's delicious in December is olive oil because it was harvested in November and it's still young and bright and one. Make some new, you get the point, make some new eating habits right now.
They'll hold you in good stead for years to come. Savoring Sonoma, I'm Clark Wolf for KRB.
