Welcome to the new crab season. January. Yeah, it used to be in November and you know we want to take care of those big beautiful mammals out there in the ocean. We want to be thoughtful about how we bring things to our table.
So now oftentimes Dungeness crab season is in January and frankly while I do miss it on the Thanksgiving table maybe at Christmas and at New Years I really relish when it does in fact come when we know that with all kinds of other species being Pleated by overfishing and over-harvesting and over this and over that. Our Dungeness crab season is being cared for by people who are smart and thoughtful. And frankly, it's just delicious.
